Little Quiltlets

My question of the day is, "Why does Blogger flip some of my pictures?" Am I doing something wrong? If it is going to flip pictures, why does it flip some and not all?

I apologize. If you have a laptop, tip your screen. If you have a desktop, tilt your head...

I made a few more little quiltlets yesterday. Here they are:

Each measures 5" x 7".

Only one has an assigned recipient at this hour of the morning. It will go out in today's mail. Notice the crocheted pansy in the upper left corner. I took it from one of the linens I bought over the weekend. It's kind of cute and perky, don't you think?

Yesterday my dear friend Carletta gave me a quilt. I'd seen it at the quilt show, noted that she was going to give it to a friend, and thought, "Well, it's not me." I'm glad I was wrong. I LOVE this quilt! Thank you, Carletta!!

Here is a close-up of some of the piecework. It is both a good reminder and a comfort.

And now I'm going to try to block that McDowell project so that it will lie flat and be square and pose nicely for a photograph. Hope your day is quiltie too!

Hi Suzanne,

You're a prolific little gal! I can't wait to see your whitewater quilt. I am sooooo envious of your ability to focus and get 'er done.

My time is coming....only 3 more days of school.

Hmmmm...any plans for Long Beach?

Take care,

Well, I can't help you with the photo but I LOVE the quiltlets!

Here's a suggestion about the flipping. Are you turning your photos and then blogger turns them back? On Iphoto, you have to do something else to the photo (crop it a bit, enhance it, etc.) after you flip it or it doesn't stay flipped. I don't know if that's your problem, but no one else has had a better suggestion, so I thought I'd try.

I love your little quiltllets! Sometimes mine get turned upside down after I've taken them and I don't know why either.
