A New Day

I have to say that I am spoiled.  I love living in the FaceTime era.  What did people do before this amazing technology?  Talking on the phone is not the same as being able to see who you are talking to, and vice versa.  Every weekday morning, my iPad rings.  ring ring.  ring ring.  And there she is, so cute, that I had to take pictures.  :)

You can see me in the upper insert.  She's saying, "Camera!"  Doesn't she just bring a smile to your being?

Yesterday I picked up a table leg that Mel repaired for me.  One of the legs had snapped off.  Unfortunately my camera's flash has ceased to operate.  Even if you could see it you can't tell where he repaired it, unless you know what you are looking for.
I finally decided where to hang a purchase from Paducah.  It arrived in June.  I put it in my car and drove it back and forth between Visalia and the walnuts for two months, trying to decide where to put it.  I'd originally planned to mark the barn with my sign of possession, but in the end, I went with the secret garden, to the left of my home's front door.
I think it's perfect!

And now, I'm off to the Studio, full of grand plans for the day.  Let's hope I emerge with something to show for my efforts.  Have a good one!
