This past weekend was my daughter's sixth wedding anniversary, as well as her husband's birthday. They had some vacation time available, and decided to use it in The City. To assist them in their weekend adventure, hubby and I volunteered to watch Miss Penelope.
She's a busy one!
I hear she'd like to be Snow White for Halloween. Her mama was Snow White, once upon a time. But Mama was older (kindergarten?), so the costume doesn't quite fit. This little girl will be needing one of her own.

We went to the park,
Wearing the appropriate attire
And played and played until Grandpa couldn't keep his eyes open.
"Wake up, Grandpa! You can't sleep when the sun is still up!" (wanna bet?)
All in all, it was a delightful way to spend the weekend.

Sounds like a fun, but tiring weekend. She's growing up so fast.
