I hope this is inspiration for a quilt. It is beautiful. What a fascinating flower.
My favorite flower, the bird of paridise!! How beautiful
A high shrill staccato - like a wren only louder and more shrill. Or perhaps it would make all the odd squeaks and yodels and clacks of a mockingbird 'in season'. Like the one who sang down my chimney most of last night. Grrrrr.
